Tyres fitted in Chesterfield S41

Went out to fit some tyres today in Chesterfield and when I removed the tyre, there was rust around the wheel that really should have been removed by the last person who fitted the tyres. I sorted this and put a new tyre on for them. There is a right way to fit a tyre!
